Betway’s published casino pages separate slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and live tables. Its roulette material also distinguishes classic tables from feature versions such as Lightning Roulette, so a shared lobby does not imply an identical paytable.
Inside and outside positions
Roulette places wagers on a numbered layout before a wheel result is determined. Inside bets cover individual numbers or small adjoining groups. A straight-up selection covers one number; a split covers two neighbouring numbers on the betting layout. Outside positions cover broader groups such as red, black, odd, even, dozens or columns.
The wheel variant matters. A standard European wheel has one zero and the numbers 1–36. An American wheel adds a double zero. Zero is not red, black, odd or even for the ordinary outside-bet settlement, so a colour selection is not a true fifty-fifty proposition on a zero wheel.
The wheel and the multiplier feature
Evolution presents Lightning Roulette as a live roulette game combined with an additional random multiplier feature. A physical wheel supplies the winning number, while selected numbers receive enhanced payouts under the feature rules. Seeing a number highlighted does not mean that the wheel will land on it.
This is why the full paytable matters. Multiplier roulette can reduce the ordinary straight-up payout in exchange for the possibility of an enhanced result. Applying the standard roulette straight-up rate to every non-feature outcome would therefore misread the product.
